PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL/DRUG SCREENING
The Company requires employees to undergo a physical examination to determine whether they are capable of performing their job duties. As part of the employment physical examination required of all new members of the Riemeier Lumber Co. team, we also require a drug-screening test to determine the presence of illegal substances. This testing will be conducted post-offer and acceptance of position. Our duty to provide a drug-free work place demands that we do everything possible to ensure that we hire only those individuals who demonstrate adult responsibility. We have zero tolerance to drug abuse.
